OMAR SOLIMAN

CORPORATE SALES TRAINING · EGYPT AND THE GULF

Your team does not need more sales information.

It needs behaviour a manager can inspect.

DealCraft starts with the conversations that are not moving, trains the moments behind them and leaves management with something more useful than room energy.

THE OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Diagnose the behaviour.
Practise it under pressure.
Measure it again.

DealCraft treats training as an operating intervention. The diagnostic chooses the behaviour. The Drill Day makes the team practise it. The manager leaves knowing what to inspect next.

WHEN THIS WORK IS RELEVANT

The problem is visible before the solution is chosen.

01

The pipeline is full. Movement is not.

Meetings happen and proposals leave, but nobody can explain which decision is actually blocking the deal.

02

Every seller has a different method.

Your strongest rep carries the process in their head. Managers coach outcomes because the behaviour is difficult to see.

03

The first objection controls the conversation.

Price pressure, polite delay and “I need to think” are answered too quickly instead of diagnosed.

04

Training creates energy, then disappears.

The team remembers the room. The manager cannot point to what changed in live work two weeks later.

THE ENGAGEMENT MODEL

One system.
Four controlled moves.

The work is tailored through inputs, not rebuilt from zero. Team size, sector, real deals, language and diagnostic evidence determine what enters the room.

01

Diagnose

Map the team, deal context and behaviours worth testing before the room is designed.

02

Drill

Run realistic buyer moments, correct one behaviour and repeat while the decision is still live.

03

Make it visible

Give managers a small set of observable behaviours, not vague impressions about confidence or energy.

04

Transfer

When needed, test the same behaviour after delivery and coach the manager around what actually moved.

WHAT THE DAY LOOKS LIKE

Your team works.
It does not watch.

INSIDE A DRILL DAY

The room is built around live commercial moments.

Buyer scenarios drawn from the team’s selling environment

Discovery, objection and next-step drills

Repeated practice with one correction per round

Manager observation criteria

Field tools the team can use after the room

A STRONG FIT

You have real deals, a manager who will stay involved and a behaviour worth changing.

NOT THE RIGHT FIX

A motivational day without practice.

A generic keynote presented as team transformation.

A promise that one workshop will repair compensation, lead quality or weak management.

A certificate used as proof of skill.

PRIVATE CORPORATE DIAGNOSTIC

BEFORE YOU REQUEST IT

Clear answers.

Is this a standard presentation?

No. The structure is repeatable, but the buyer situations, objections and practice context come from the team’s work.

Arabic or English?

Both. Delivery can run in Arabic, English or the mixture the team uses in real commercial conversations.

What happens with more than 25 participants?

The group is divided into additional cohorts or delivery days so practice does not become observation. Each additional day uses the same day rate.

Do you guarantee a revenue increase?

No. A training room cannot honestly guarantee revenue. The work is designed to create and measure specific behaviour under defined conditions.

Is the 30-Day Transfer System included?

No. It is a separate commercial unit because it requires new measurement, review and manager work after the delivery day.

What if the problem is not training?

Omar will say so. Compensation, lead quality, management discipline and process design can create problems that another training day will not fix.
