What a manager can now see
Whether a seller diagnoses the real objection before answering it, and whether a next step carries a date and an owner.
THE MEASUREMENT STANDARD
This page publishes the logic behind DealCraft’s diagnostic work: what gets measured, in what order, and what a client can and cannot conclude from it. It does not publish the instrument itself, and it does not claim independent validation.
WHAT GETS MEASURED
The useful question is simple: what can a seller now do, under pressure, that a manager could not reliably observe before? Everything below is built to answer that question, not to produce a satisfying room.
Whether a seller diagnoses the real objection before answering it, and whether a next step carries a date and an owner.
How energised the room felt, how confident a seller sounds, or a certificate of attendance.
A behaviour observed live in the room is DealCraft-verified. A result reported later by a manager is recorded separately and labelled as manager-entered.
THE ORDER OF OPERATIONS
Observe the team’s current conversations and behaviour before deciding what needs training.
Practise the exact moments costing movement, correct one behaviour at a time, and run it again.
Give managers a small set of observable behaviours to check for, not a general impression.
Where a client separately commissions the 30-Day Transfer System, test the same behaviour under the same conditions thirty days later. This step is not automatic to every drill day.
THE D.E.A.L. METHOD
D.E.A.L. is the operating system behind the diagnostic, the drill day and the coaching that follows. It is corporate intellectual property and is taught in full only inside an engagement; the shape of it is public.
Find the real gap before presenting anything.
Reflect the problem back to the buyer and make it safe for them to say no.
Classify what kind of no it is before answering it.
Name a specific next step, with a date and an owner.
WHAT THIS STANDARD DOES NOT CLAIM
The diagnostic instrument, scoring rubric and drill scripts are not published. They are client-confidential and calibrated per engagement.
No measurement on this site is independently audited by a third party. It is DealCraft’s own observation, recorded under stated conditions.
A behaviour observed in the room is not the same claim as a commercial outcome. The two are never substituted for one another.
Where a result depends on a manager’s own report rather than a session DealCraft observed directly, that distinction is kept, not smoothed over.
